Thanks Roy for the updates! I would like to put my tennis frustration aside, to concentrate on the football that took place on Saturday.
It looks like Luciano BECCHIO of Leeds United has scored again. This time he scored the clubs third goal in their 4-1 win over Hartlepool in the English League One Championship. This will be his ninth goal of the season.
Roberto AYALA scored a stunning header for Real Zaragoza in their 3-0 over Eibar in the Spanish Segunda Division.
Then there is another header from Martin DEMICHELIS for Bayern Munich in their 4-1 win over Energie Cottbus.
In Russia, Maxi LOPEZ scored from the penalty spot in FC Moscow 3-0 win over Luch-Energia Vladivostok. Lucas BIGLIA also scored for Anderlecth in the 2-0 win over Westerlo in the Belgian Jupiter League.
While in Greece, Fernando BELLUSCHI scored Olympiacos second goal in their 3-0 win over Iraklis.

Nice futbol highlights - as usual.
Do you guys cover boxing at all? It's been brought to my attention that Hugo Hernan Garay of Argentina has defended his WBA light heavyweight title by defeating Juergen Braehmer via unanimous decision. (Video here).
Argentina has had a rich, yet overlooked, boxing tradition, having produced greats like Luis Angel Firpo (fought Jack Dempsey), Carlos Monzon and Carlos Baldomir (beat Zab Judah, fought Floyd Mayweather, Jr.).
Besides Garay, the Albiceleste boxer to look out for is Sergio Martinez, a 33-year old light middleweight based in Spain. Martinez has lost just once in his career, and that was to pound-for-pounder Antonio Margarito. No shame in that.
If you aren't already into boxing, I think you'll find the passion of the fight world quite infectious, although corruption is rampant.
