Tennis - PNB Paris Masters

Masche wins "Man of the Match" honors from the guy who runs "A Liverpool Thing" blog. I wonder if Benitez is in any danger ? After a decent start this season, the team is struggling in the Premier of late, and has looked woeful in Champions League play.

Crespo recalled to Argentina squad for qualifiers

BUENOS AIRES, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Striker Hernan Crespo has been recalled by Argentina for this month's World Cup qualifiers at home to Bolivia and away to Colombia.


Crespo, who missed the opening ties against Chile and Venezuela last month because he was not match fit, was among 17 foreign-based players named by coach Alfio Basile for the matches.
The Inter Milan player, who has 35 goals from 64 appearances, last played for his country in the Copa America match against Colombia in July, where he sprained a thigh muscle as he scored from a penalty.
Juan Roman Riquelme, who remains a key part of Basile's plans despite being shunted to the reserves at Villarreal, was also included.
Argentina have a maximum six points from two games. They face Bolivia in Buenos Aires on Nov. 17 and visit Colombia in Bogota three days later.
The remainder of the squad will be made up of home-based players who will be named next week.
