This is NBA Media Day. Two Tall Albiceleste gave their opinion about the upcoming season. Manu talks about his return from injury and the new look San Antonio Spurs. While SCOLA talks about the Houston Rockets on how they will cope without their star center.
Almost HT in the Argentina-Ghana game and Palermo has scored both goals. Not a great sign for the people that wanted to see Higuain start. MONZON looks really good.

Great clips John! I've been trying to watch a load of those media day interviews over the last couple of days ... and I have to say that Manu and Scola were two of the better ones.
ReplyDeleteI thought Manu looked great. Physically ready. Mentally = eager to get started, happy, excited. It was fun to see him talking about the Spurs.
Big season for Scola. He's the best player on the team until (if) Tracy comes back. A lot of responsibility, but he can handle it. He's in a contract year too ... if he puts up bigger numbers (16-17ppg and 10rpg?) he could get a big payday next summer.
