MESSI Gives a Little Help for Barca

I’m going to put my frustration on the failure of our Under-20 team and focus on the other actions involving the Albiceleste.

Lionel MESSI was restored into Barcelona’s starting line up for the match against Sporting Gijon. As expected the league leaders were on fire again as they cruised to a 3-1 win. MESSI was everywhere. Passing, assisting , dribbling except for scoring.

But that’s okay for me simply because I do not expect him to be scoring week in week out. There are many ways for him to help his team. He assisted two of the goals, one for ETO’O and the other for Dani ALVES.

After all there are many other players who can score goal too for our national team, all they need is them a little assist from Lionel to make the difference.

One of them is Kun AGUERO, who scored as early in the 3rd minute for Atletico Madrid in their 3-0 away win over Recreativo Huelva.

Other scorer was Lucho GONZALEZ for FC Porto in their Portugal clasico encounter with Benfica. The match ended 1-1 from which Lucho scored from the spot for the equalizer.

To a lesser, Eulogio ZARATE scored a last minute equalizer for Grasshopper Zurich in the Swiss Super League against FC Zurich. The match ended 2-2.
