NBA News - Manu & Spurs Meet The Celtics

Boston Celtics 98 San Antonio Spurs 90

In what could possibly be an NBA final series in 2008, Spurs suffered their first defeat in five games. Despite of this, there was still some room for improvement for a killer match, especially with the absence of Tony PARKER & Kevin GARNETT.

Manu GINOBILI had some trouble shooting the three points in the final minute as he was heavily guard and his two shots were not even close.

Still Manu did his best to carry a team that is depleted in the absence of PARKER & Brent BARRY as he manage to post 21 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals & 1 block shot. But still I must say, he should have done better in his turnovers.

Fabricio OBERTO on other hand had 4 points, 4 rebounds & 3 assists.

Minnesota Timberwolves 82 Toronto Raptors 105

The versatility of Carlos DELFINO can be seen in many ways. If his scoring rate is down, his defensive quality will come into the picture.

Tonight despite only posting 7 points, he had a game high of 9 rebounds (together with teammate Chris BOSH & Wolves Al JAFFERSON) plus an assist & a steal.

Detroit Pistons 113 Charlotte Bobcats 87
Walter HERRMANN did not post any points just 3 rebounds and an assist. Certainly for me this is really depressing considering the fact if there was a game for him show what he is worth, it had to be this one.
