Great podcast guys, really enjoyed listening to it. Hopefully I can make it next time.

I'm going to agree with John when he said that the way Cote D'Ivoire plays will fall right into Brazil's hands. It's clear they're going to attack and Brazil will just wait for them and hit them on the counter. On paper, people might say that it's Brazil's group that looks the hardest, but I'll say Group A. South Africa(host), Mexico(always makes it past the group), France(always finds a way to scrap through) and Uruguay(too much talent not to make it).

italy has such an easy group: the worst team from europe, the worst team from south america and the worst team of all.

spain also has an easy group. i agree with roy that group A is the closest one. impossible to predict who will qualify for the 1/8, though mexiko and france are favourites.

i beg to differ i think South Africa won't make it to the second round.France,Uruguay and Mexico will be extremely difficult to beat.I really hope that France won the group only so that we can avoid them in the second round.
