In a week that saw Kun AGUERRO and Fernando CAVENAGHI performing with excellent perfection in the UEFA Cup (plus some other highlights from Champions League), time now to look forward on what was taking place during the weekend.
English Premiership
Perhaps the best performance from an Albiceleste. Carlos TEVEZ was outstanding for Manchester United scoring twice in the 2nd half in their 4-1 win over Middlesborough. There were several moment that CARLITOS looks like scoring and had he mot missed some of those chances, a hat trick was beckoning.
Later tonight, Javier MASCHERANO could probably see himself in action for Liverpool (depending on whether Rafael BENITEZ squad tinkering) against Arsenal.
Italian Serie A
I know Seba is going to be very happy to hear this. Napoli produce one of the shocks of the weekend when they beat non other than Juventus 3-1. Being a former Torino player, Ezequiel LEVAZZI was up for the fight against their illustrious opponent.
LEVAZZI was a handful for the Juve defense which saw him contributing to the 2nd penalty. On the opposite side, Sergio ALMIRON was in the starting line up.
Spanish Primera Liga
Ariel IBAGAZA's Mallorca drew 2-2 with Espanyol. Both Pablo ZABALETA and Clemente RODRIGUEZ were in the starting for 11 for the Catalan's side which saw the latter being sent off.
Plenty of action tonight, with Barca duo Lionel MESSI and Gabriel MILITO trying to shake from their mid week disappointment against Rangers. The Real Madrid contingent (HIGUAIN, SAVIOLA & HEINZE) will be hoping to continue their fine run. Or what about KUN and MAXI picking up from where the left of in Europe. Not to forget those at Real ZARAGOZA.

Clemente Rod....
That 1-2 between Rooney and Carlitos was a thing of beauty. It's kind of nice seeing ManU play well and win without a ton of goals from Ronaldo. Though I am sure he does not feel the same way.:)
It was simply briliant to watch them playing like this. And I hope this will give more confidence for CARLITOS to score more goals.
